How I Work
Most people come to mediation because something has already broken down. Conversations aren’t going anywhere, and it’s hard to see a path forward.
My role is to help you navigate conflict—without making it worse. I don’t take sides or argue your case. I keep the conversation structured and focused so you can work toward a solution that actually works. Every situation is different. The goal is not to “win.” It’s to reach an outcome you can live with and move forward.
Mediation gives you control over the outcome instead of leaving it to a judge.
